Please note that custom commissions and engraved items are considered final sale.

Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid insured shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our master goldsmiths will inspect the piece for quality assurance; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
